Then one day I decided to submit my work to an editor at small independent press. To my surprise she actually said yes!
Unfortunately it folded before my dreams could be realized. However it emboldened me to try again. For now I had the confidence in my heart, because I knew I was ready.
So I tried again. This time with a publisher in Colorado. I resubmitted my story and they said yes as well!
I was thrilled! That book, my first, is called Cold Warriors. And I will be forever grateful to the little known publisher and more importantly to Aspen Mountain Press for believing in me!
I am presently writing a sequel to Cold Warriors and will have another work published by Red Rose Publishing as well.
